PUBOCD.COM is a complete scam. The owners of this fake retail website has been reported for multiple counts of theft by fraud. The website advertises new custom-made musical instruments for sale at unbelievably low prices. However, the new musical instruments don't even exist. The photos and descriptions are actually cut-and-paste from old Ebay sales; and are being used illegally to deceive and defraud people that try purchasing them. I know this because the photos are mine, taken by me of musical instruments I have built and sold long ago on Ebay.

I have filed DMCA Takedown Notices to have my photos removed from PUBOCD.COM and have been ignored. I tracked down all information related to the owners of PUBOCD.COM and have discovered:

1. PayPal has had to refund dozens of purchases that were made and determined to be fraud, and all of these refunds took SEVEN to TWELVE MONTHS to process because the thieves at PUBOCD.COM will dispute and fight the refund claims.

2. The contact phone number for purchases on PUBOCD.COM is actually a recorded voicemail for COMCAST Cable Co. in Alabama, USA.

3. The mailing address for PUBOCD.COM (11201 SW 55 street Q12, Miramar, Florida) is false; it is actually an empty lot in a trailer park, I spoke with the trailer park manager, who also told me that "Leonel Arias," (the registered owner of and agent for PUBOCD.COM) has never owned, rented, or lived-on any property there.

4. RED FLAG! the email address for PUBOCD.COM is a free Microsoft outlook.com email address.

5. The anonymous owner & operator of PUBOCD.COM also owns & operates other fishing scam, fraud & theft websites, including AONESE.COM, EHASKH.COM, PLEEOX.COM, TOATPR.LIFE, and the most recent & active scam/fraud website OFFICIALLES.COM.
