HOLA AMIGOS COMO SIEMPRE EL DIABLO HACIENDO DE LAS SUYAS.

Alvori vacaciones informa de la nueva derrama de 600€ que se pagará en tres años, o sea, 200 € más que la cuota normal de 346€, suponiéndole al socio una cantidad desorbitante, pues nos vamos a 546€ anuales y ¿PARA QUÉ?

PARA ARREGLAR LOS APARTAMENTOS QUE HACE AÑOS QUE TENÍAN QUE ESTAR ARREGLADOS.

Pero cuál es nuestro asombro e indignación cuando vemos que estos arreglos no están dirigidos al socio propietario, a quien lógicamente se le debería beneficiar con estas obras, ya que es él quien las paga. Es como arreglar tu casa para que la disfrute el vecino y tú, a comerte los mocos, en pocas palabras.

EL ARREGLO DEL COMPLEJO ESTA DIRIGIDO A UNA TRAMA IMPULSADA POR EL COMPLEJO PARA VOLVER A COMERCIALIZAR TU SEMANA COMO SEMANA FLOTANTE, UN PRODUCTO QUE NO REFLEJA LA LEY DE LA MULTIPROPIEDAD. UN PRODUCTO ILEGAL INVENTADO POR 4 CHUPA SANGRES PARA SANGRAR AL SOCIO OFRECIENDOLE SEMANAS DE VERANO QUE EN POCOS AÑOS VOLVERÁN A SER EN OTRA EPOCA DEL AÑO. SE SENTIRA NUEVAMENTE ENGAÑADO Y ESTAFADO, PUES CUANDO HAYA POCAS SEMANAS PARA MUCHOS SOCIOS TODO CAERA POR SU PROPIO PESO. SINO, EL TIEMPO Y USTEDES ME DARAN LA RAZON.

ADEMAS, DE ESTAS VENTAS SE ESTA OCUPANDO UNA EMPRESA QUE SE LLAMA COMPTUR.
VA PROMULGADO UNA GRAN MENTIRA A TODOS LOS SOCIOS Y POR TODO EL COMPLEJO, OFRECIENDO UN SUPUESTO PACTO DONDE DICEN QUE SI SE AVISA A RCI ANTES DE TRES MESES, ESTA EMPRESA ESTA OBLIGADA A DARTE UNA SEMANA DE VERANO. ¡CUIDADO CON ESTO, PUES ES MENTIRA!

ESTE EQUIPO YA SE A PUESTO EN CONTACTO CON LA EMPRESA RCI Y NOS INFORMA QUE NO EXISTE ESTE PACTO NI RELACION CON LA EMPRESA COMPTUR. QUE SI ALGUN SOCIO DE SEJA ENGAÑAR DE ESTA FORMA TAN VIL, QUE SE ANTENGA A LAS CONSECUENCIAS, QUE RCI NO SE HACE RESPONSABLE DE ESTAS PRESUNTAS Y FALSAS NEGOCIACIONES Y QUE A SU VEZ, INVESTIGARA A LA EMPRESA COMPTUR POR PRESUNTO FRAUDE.

Os voy a contar la desfachatez que ha llegado a tener esta hija de p ........ De Belencita. Cuando me contaron la tomadura de pelo vestida de bonito sobre las semanas flotantes, llamé a RCI, y me comentaron que no son tal y como lo explican. Las semanas flotantes pasan a ser gestionadas unica y exclusivamente por el complejo, y son ellos los que deciden si te dan la semana que pides o no, dependiendo de lo que tengan ya ellos disponibles. Es decir, te venden una vespino a precio de kawasaki.

Total, voy hecha una foca a ver a nuestra "amiguita" y le pregunto como tienen la desfachatez de intentar volver a estafar a la gente, que son unos caras por intentar vender una mentira, las cosas no son como nos las estaban contando, eso se llama DOLO, y va la hija de p..... Y me dice que me calle, que si yo no quiero comprarlo, que me vaya y listos. Le digo que esta estafando a la gente, y se pone a darme gritos, llamandome indecente por no permitir a la gente comprar sueños, FLIPA! Sueños! La p.... Madre que la parió, o sea , no me intenta ni siquiera convencer de que me han informado mal ev Rci, que va, simplemente que soy una indecente por no dejarle vender ilusiones y sueños!!! No tiene vergüenza!

Total, cuando ya me fui y me calme, hable con Alberto y fue el quien me acosenjo que intentara decirle que me quiero desvincular.
Alla que voy, y ella acepta inmediatamente, no me lo podia creer! Claro, otro sueño mas que ha vendido esta tipa, desvincularnos? Ni de coña, con la cantidad de dinero que esta sacandonos! Y asi hasta que vuelvo de vacaciones, llamo a la Finita, que es fina la tia, y primero que no esta, que esta de vacaciones, luego que si esta enferma, lo mismo con Belencita, así todo el mes de Septiembre y hasta principios de Octubre, donde se me hinchan y llamo a nuestra amiga donaire, y se compromete en llamarme al dia siguiente. Me llega a garantizar que me llamara, clarooooo siendo amiga de Mondragon, por favor! Pues naita de na, ni al dia siguiente, ni leches, quince dias hace ya de esto. Bueno, dos dias despues llamo a la finita, y primero esta reunida, no he visto gente que se reuna tanto, vaya a tantos medicos y coja tantas vacaciones como estas dos golfas, y le dejo mi nombre a su secretaria, lo mismo he hecho ya hasta la saciedad con la de Belencita, y como eran ya las dos y no me llamaban ninguna, y yo aun con la esperanza de desvincularme, pues la vuelvo a llamar ..... Y adivina! Me coge el telefono la persona mas enferma y mas reunida de todo Madrid: Fina. Muy agradable hasta que le doy mi nombre. Me colgó el telefono en plena cara, hasta me dolio la oreja y el moflete de la bofetada, volvi a marcar, tonta yo, quiza se haya cortado la llamada, y a partir de ahi, telefono apagado o fuera de cobertura. Y ahi estamos ....... Pandilla de golfas, estafadoras y sinvergüenzas.

Resumiendo, si os vuelven a vender la moto de la desvinculacion voluntaria, aun pagando nosotros por todos los gastos, nonaino, os estan, de nuevo,vacilando.

Espero haberos podido ser de ayuda. Animo, que gracias a Alberto y denuncio estafa podemos ver a estas hijas de p...... Rabiando y ojala podamos ver fin a este "sueño" que esta gente nos vendio y se convirtio en pesadilla. Hija de p ...... Quien es la indecente de intentar vender ilusiones que luego se convierten en infirernos? Golfa!

Total, hoy he firmado mi des vinculación gracias a Mondragón, por supuesto no con esa pandilla de vampiros chupasangres. Gracias Alberto y compañía. Espero poder volver s tener sueños de verdad, no pesadillas. Me has ayudado a recuperar la ilusión. Animo que vosotros también podéis hacerlo. Me encantaría poder ver su careto de perra cuando reciba el burofax.
